- Worked on various construction projects during summers and vacations – 1959 – 1963
- Thompson & Street, Atlanta, Ga. – project manager, estimator trainee: worked on job sites doing engineering layout, punch list review, assisting the assistant superintendent – 1967 – 1968
- Tom McCord, Decatur, Ga. – superintendent and project manager: handled all phases of the construction of small commercial buildings and gas stations; handled the solicitation and procurement of subcontractors, supervision of the work; site labor and layout; handled the job costing of the work – 1968 – 1969
- E. L Nezelek, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. – started as project coordinator and finished with the company as Chief Estimator; handled all aspects of construction coordination, estimating and management for commercial, high-rise and mid-rise condominiums, educational and municipal projects; was safety engineer for the company that did onsite inspections and conducted safety classes; implemented the first company project cost accounting system; as Chief Estimator, I was in charge of all of the estimating except those negotiated by the president – 1969 – 1974

1994 – Current President and handle all phases of the business. Office staff currently consists of secretarial staff and support. The company has only done consulting work since April 2005, when the decision was made to cease all construction related work.
