Site Inspections offer everyone the opportunity to review the project and make their own evaluation. A client's best interest is better protected if there is total and unrestricted access.
Different experts view the same conditions from differing viewpoints based upon their own background, experience and area of expertise. As a General Contractor that has to be responsible for all aspects of a project, we view the condition of the site from the beginning of the work through the final inspections.
Between the start and finish of a construction project, a lot of things happen. Without the knowledge gained from hands-on experience, the issue being dealt with can be misunderstood or misinterpreted.
